Ms. Banker graduated from the University of California in 1995 and earned a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science with emphasis of International Relations.

Ms. Banker graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in Colorado where she practiced law for two years in estate planning and elder law prior to moving to Arizona.

Ms. Banker is a director on the board of the AZ chapter of NAELA. Ms. Banker is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Probate and trust Section of the State Bar of Arizona, and Maricopa County Bar Association.
